Here are a few images of a refurbished Pennsylvania 1060 Rotor for Tarmac that we recently carried out. The outer discs are 1010mm in diameter and 100mm thick and made from Hardox® 450. The inner discs have been hard faced with Duroxite® overlay weld, all from SSAB.
The housing bores have been machined back to OEM tolerance and it has been fitted with FAG bearings.
